Competition Rules & Payment Details

All competition and match entries are made online using the Intelligent Golf app.

Background

The Intelligent Golf software was adopted in 2020 and the membership is able to access the system under Competitions, Upcoming. Select the event you wish to enter. Payment is required on entry alongside details of your playing partner(s). We accept solo entries - and encourage this as a means of meeting other society members.

You will only be able to sign up for yourself; please email the organiser with any requests for playing partners and preferred start times.

Dietary Requirements

The SWGA is happy to communicate any dietary requirements to the hosting club for a competition, match or other event organised by us, provided the member has so notified the SWGA organiser at least 3 weeks in advance of the event. Such notification needs to be given for each SWGA event that such member attends.

Nevertheless, it remains the responsibility of the member to inform the hosting club of any dietary requirements including food allergies they may have before attending any SWGA event and to satisfy herself of any assurances given by the hosting club.

Under no circumstance does the SWGA accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury of any kind that may arise from food and drink consumption at any SWGA event.

Attendance and consumption of food and drink at any SWGA event is entirely at your own risk.
